The Branch shall be a Higher Educational Institution (HEI) and shall be established under the laws of the Hellenic Republic and the Republic of Cyprus (Non-profit University Branch).
Its legal capacity and legal form shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, the State in which it has its registered office. The Branch’s operation shall also be governed by its instrument of incorporation and statutes, while its academic, educational, and research activity shall be governed by the Internal Regulations of the Branch.
